The Great Dane,
Karsten Maas, aged 46, has been a golfer since he was 9,
turning professional at the age of 21.
He worked as head
professional at some of Denmark’s largest golf clubs. He
also worked as an instructor with the Danish Talent
Education, which has produced a number of brilliant golfers,
even though Denmark is only a small country with just
165,000 golfers. The outcome of this work that was started
20 years ago, with Karsten as one of the main forces in
developing a talent education that could produce
high-quality players, can be seen today. Denmark has
world-class golfers, at all major professional tours in the
world.
As a pro, he played
various Pro tours such as the “Tommy Amour Tour”, “Nordic
League”, “Ecco Tour” and “Challenge Tour.
Besides his playing
and instructing career, he is educated as a Class A
Clubmaker, from the Professional Clubmakers Society. (PCS)
Karsten
Maas has taken all his skills and put them together to make
a fabulous Trick Golf Show. Today, he is one of the best
trick golfers in the world. He speaks Danish, English and
German, and travels a lot with his show. He has been sought
after in Denmark – England – Germany – Poland – Austria –
Czech Republic – Switzerland – Italy – Russia – China –
India - Sweden - Spain – Norway – Lithuania – Greece –
Portugal – Iceland - Belgium - Finland – Arab Emirates -
America, and the number of countries is growing fast.
In his show, he
performs tricks that no one has seen before. He hits balls
with various clubs, some short, some long, some strange and
some seem truly impossible. All of his clubs are
painstakingly made by himself, and he takes great pride in
constructing an original and unique club.
The show is very
entertaining, and his perfect
trick shots fill the spectators with astonishment and
enthusiasm.
In the show, he hits
the ball 100 yards with a 12-inch long club – he hits with a
6-foot driver kneeling, and from a foot-high tee – he hits
balls teed up on 4-feet high tees – he hits with a hammer,
a club made of hosepipe... you name it, there is almost
nothing he can’t hit a golf ball with.

tremendous performance in what golfclubs and golfballs also
can be used for. That is entertainment and golf-
equilibrisme in absolutely top class.
He’s Dane and he’s
